Add / Mange Users
Adding Users
You can add users one by one or by uploading a CSV file. To start:
1. Login to Privakey Passwordless SSO
2. Click on the Admin Link to see the Admin Dashboard for your Company
This dashboard is depicted below in Figure 1.

Add a User
To add a single user to the Privakey SSO follow the steps below.
1. In the Admin Dashboard find the Users card and click the Add a User.

Click Add A User to add a user. The New User page will display; a page similar to that illustrated in Figure 3.

Fill out the form. Note - you can add a user as an Admin. If you do so they will have access to the Admin page.
The email domain must match your company domain.
Once you have filled out the form the user will receive an email from noreply@privakey.com instructing them to create an authenticator. After they have created the authenticator, they will be ready to use the Privakey SSO. You can direct users to Using The SSO to help them set up their Authenticator.
Managing Users
Managing Users is easy.
1. Login to Privakey Passwordless SSO
2. Click on the Admin Link to see the Admin Dashboard for your Company.
This dashboard is depicted in Figure 1 above.
3. In the Admin Dashboard find the Users card and click Manage Users
The Users page will display. From here you can manage users.

4. Click on the Eye icon to view a user. The Viewing User page will display

There are a number of cards on the page:
- User Information
- Service Providers
- Authenticators
- Active Sessions
User Information
To update any information about a user click the edit button, update the information and click Update. You can change their name, email and assign or remove Administrative abilities.
Service Providers
This is an informational view of the Service Providers the user has accessed.
Authenticators
In this section you can:
- Add a new Authenticator
- Revoke an existing Authenticator
If you add a new authenticator, the user will receive an email with instructions on how to proceed.
If you revoke an existing authenticator (by clicking the Trashcan icon), the user will no longer be able to authenticate with that device.
Active Sessions
This is a list of a user's active SSO sessions. You can close a session by clicking the Trashcan icon. Note: while this will log them out of the Privakey SSO it will not log them out of downstream services (such as Google).
